腮腺浅叶不同区域良性肿瘤功能性切除术的探讨 　　【摘要】 目的：探究应用不同区域功能性切除术对腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤进行治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2012年2月-2015年2月在笔者所在医院诊断为腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤并收治住院的患者76例，将其按手术方式分为对照组和观察组，对照组35例，应用传统的腮腺浅叶切除术；观察组41例，采用不同区域功能性切除术疗，术后随访6个月～2年。观察两组患者的手术时间、手术切口的长度、术中的出血量、术后并发症以及肿瘤复发等情况，进行统计学分析。结果：统计学比较后，观察组的手术时间、切口长度均短于对照组（P0.05）。结论：应用不同区域功能性切除术治疗腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤取得了很好的疗效，不仅切口小、并发症少，减少了患者的痛苦，而且肿瘤的复发率较低，是一种比较理想的治疗方法。 　　【关键词】 腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤； 不同区域功能性切除术； 传统腮腺浅叶切除术 　　中图分类号 R781.7 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）5-0019-03 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of the application of different regional functional resection of superficial parotid benign tumor.Method：From February 2012 to February 2015，76 cases which diagnosed as superficial parotid benign tumor in our hospital and hospitalized in our hospital were selected，the press operation mode can be divided into the control group and the observation group，the control group with 35 cases was used superficial lobectomy of traditional parotid gland；the observation group with 41 cases was taken different regional functional，they were followed-up 6 months to 2 years postoperative.The operation time，the length of incision，technique of blood loss，postoperative complications and tumor recurrence and so on were observed in two groups，and so forth，for statistical analysis.Result：After statistical comparison，the operation time，length of incision in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Application of different regional functional resection in the treatment of superficial parotid benign tumor has obtained the good curative effect，It is not only the small incision，less complications，lower the patients pain，but also tumor recurrence rate is low，is an ideal treatment method. 　　【Key words】 Superficial parotid benign tumor； Different regions of functional resection； Traditional superficial parotid resection 　　First-author’s address：The People’s Hospital of Shuangfeng County，Shuangfeng 417700，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.5.009 　　腮腺部的
