该院肠外营养医嘱点评分析 　　[摘要] 目的 了解该院住院患者肠外营养处方的临床应用情况，为临床合理应用提供参考。方法 选取2015年1月―2015 年9 月该院住院患者病历，随机抽取使用肠外营养病历共600份进行点评、记录、归类和回顾性分析。结果 该院肠外营养药物使用基本合理，约35%患者存在糖脂比、热氮比不合理的情况，胰岛素使用量的规范方面有待进一步加强。结论 临床药师应加强与医生的配合，为患者制定科学合理的营养处方，以提高临床营养治疗的安全性和有效性。 　　[关键词] TPN 处方；调查分析；临床药师 　　[中图分类号] R459 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）07（a）-0143-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To understand the clinical application of parenteral nutrition prescription in our hospital， for the reasonable application.
