打火机外壳注射模设计 摘要：本文阐述了打火机注射模具的设计过程。首先，对塑件进行工艺性分析之后，利用Pro/E参数化三维实体造型软件完成塑件的三维造型。然后，通过Moldflow 塑料模分析软件对塑件进行充填分析，并选择最佳浇口位置并进行某些模具结构设计必要性的分析。根据塑件的结构，双分型面，一模两腔，设计中采用了瓣合镶块的模具结构。在浇注系统设计方面，设计中采用了一种特别的浇口形式，外形类似香蕉的“香蕉”型潜伏式浇口。由于采用了瓣合模的模具结构形式，设计中还采用了斜导柱侧向抽芯机构。在模具成型零件设计方面，设计中对成型零件的机构和尺寸进行了合理的考虑和计算。另外，针对塑件的螺纹结构，设计采用了链轮脱螺纹机构。此外，本文也对注射模的导向机构设计及加热冷却系统设计的必要性进行了说明。最后，设计还包括了零件图和装配图的绘制。 关键词：注射模 Moldflow “香蕉”型潜伏式浇口 瓣合镶块 链轮 The design of injection mold for cigarette-lighter shell Abstract: The design process of injection mold of the cigarette-lighter shell is elaborated on in the text. First, after the analysis of the process of plastic production , the three-D model of plastic production is done by the Pro/E software. Then, after the analysis for the best location of gate and shaping by the Moldflow software, can choose the best location of the gate and analyze the necessity of some structures of injection mold. According the structure of plastic production, two separating lines and double mold cavities ,the half mold is used in the design. A special gate which is called banana gate for its contour is used in the feed system in the design. The design includes the devise of side parting system for the reason of the half mold. As for the working parts of the injection mold ,the design also comprise the structure and dimensions of the working parts. Besides, as for the spiral structure with the plastic production the design adopts the gear wheel as the shedder system .In addition, the design of guidance system for the injection mold and the necessity of the design of the heating and cool system are explained in the text. Finally, the design comprise the drafting of the parts and assembling parts.
