论烹饪美学在饭店营销中的重要作用 内容提要 改革开放以来,我国的烹饪技术得到了快速发展,我国烹饪也取得了丰硕的成果。但是,随着人民生活水平的不断提高,不仅对烹饪提出了许多新要求,餐饮业自身也发生许多新变化。这就要求餐饮业者提高本产品的质量和服务质量。在餐馆、饭店中这种要求体现的更加明显。广大食客对美食的要求越来越强烈。外观的好坏,不仅影响对菜点的评价,也直接影响人们的食欲和情绪,已达到更好的吸引食客和满足食客的要求的目的。从美学角度来中国烹饪,从美来研究Since reform and opening, Chinas cooking has been rapid development, China has made great cooking results.
