牢固树立“风险为本防控为主”的风险管理理念一、切实提高对风险防范工作重要性的认识，今年以来，根据总行转发中国银监会办公厅关于印发深化银行业内控和案防制度执行年活动实施方案的通知》要求及大连银监局的统一部署，大连分行认真贯彻内控和案防工作的各项要求，结合行经营管理及案防，通过开展太原案件警示教育培训，预防职业犯罪专题讲座，学习，组织开展消防安全知识培训等，有力地推进了员工职业廉洁教育工作、提高了员工消防安全的防范和自救能力、增强了员工的案件防控意识。强化对内控、案防工作的考核评价提高各级人员的责任心和重视程度，引导全体员工切实做好各项内控、案防工作，有力推动全行内控、案防水平的提高。覆盖柜台操作、营运业务、电子银行、员工行为、信贷管理等，有效防范和化解了各类案件风险，保障了各项业务的健康发展。截止11月末，全行未发现重大违规问题，无案件发生。“风险为本防控为主”的风险管理理念 position-related consumption of civil servants has been swept by finance, consumer, regardless of cost, extravagance and waste in the civil service position-related consumption, abuse, corruption and embezzlement, corruption is important.
