稽留流产术后加用雌孕激素序贯治疗的价值探讨 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨稽留流产术后补充雌激素和孕激素的临床效果。方法：追踪随访2013年6月-2014年6月在本院门诊因稽留流产行刮宫手术的患者150例，随机分为观察组68例和对照组82例，对照组术后应用抗菌素和生化片6 d；观察组除上述用药外加用戊酸雌二醇/雌二醇环丙孕酮（克龄蒙），术后当天开始服用，1片/d，无间断连用21 d。比较两组术后出血时间、月经恢复时间、内膜修复情况、组织残留和宫腔粘连的发生率。结果：观察组术后阴道流血时间短，术后子宫内膜修复和月经恢复方面均优于对照组，宫腔粘连发生率也低于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：稽留流产术后加用克龄蒙等雌孕激素，有帮助修复子宫内膜，减少宫腔粘连，改善生殖预后的作用，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 稽留流产； 刮宫术； 雌孕激素 　　Value Investigation of Adding Estrogen and Progestogen Therapy after the Missed Abortion/LIAO Bi-ling，WEI Ran，LI Yun，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（23）：025-027 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical value of using estrogen and progestogen after the missed abortion.Method：150 patients who had the dilatation and curettage because of the missed abortion in our hospital of out-patient department were selected from June 2013 to June 2014，they were randomly divided into the observation group for 68 cases and the control group for 82 cases，the control group was given antibiotics and shenghua capsules after abortion，the observation group addition to the above therapy was added to estradiol valerate and cyproterone acetate tablets（Climen），and started after the operating day for one tablet once per day，21 days without interruption. Result： The time of vaginal bleeding after operation in the observation group was shorter than the control group，the endometrium and menstruation recovery after operation of the observation group were significantly better than the control group and the incidence rate of intrauterine adhesion was significantly lower than the control group， the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Adding estrogen and progestogen like Climen after the missed abortion，significantly help to recover endometrium and reduce intrauterine adhesion，improve the condition of reproduction prognosis，it is a safe and effective method and deserve further clinical dissemination. 　　【Key words】 Missed abortion； Dilatation and curettage； Estrogen and
