八年级下学期语文教学工作计划 岁月匆匆，时光飞逝，新年刚过，我们又迎来20---2013学年下学期。为了带领学生学好八年级下册语文，实现教学质量的新突破，圆满完成学校交给的任务，特制订本期教学计划如下：指导思想和基本思路以《新课程标准》为指南，认真研究学习余映潮和李镇西两位语文特级教师的教学思想。我的语文教学改革的基本思路是：以一定程度上提高学生的语文素养、使学生养成良好的语文学习习惯为目标，以巩固学生积极的学习兴趣为切入点，以开展“书香班级”活动为突破口，以课堂教学为重点（以备课为前提，以预习为先导，以课堂为中心，以训练为主线，以活动为载体，以小组为保证），以加强自身学习、思考、实践、反思、写作和落实语文学科学习自主管理为主要措施，实现老师与学生同学习，老师与学生同进步，老师与学生同成长。 上学期成绩分析上学期我学生从总体上看，成绩，但平时学习一直不错却出人意料的没进入优秀行列。我查阅了试卷，发现们在基础知识方面失误较多，如默写诗句出现错别字，给汉字注音声调标错，指出病句判断错误。阅读分析、作文完成较好，这说明们的底子较好，但就是不够细心，今后我在这方面要加强教育。另外，不及格的学生平时用功，。以后，我要多鼓励，继续给与他们信心，尽最大努力提高他们的成绩，争取让他们及格。在这次考试中，学生的作文质量，如结构谋篇、主题选材等方面有较大提高，不足之处是卷面不够整洁，字体不够工整。本期，我要采取多种措施，花费足够精力纠正这种不良的学习习惯。此外接近优秀的学生我要把他们作为重点培养对象，努力使其进入优秀行列。position-related consumption of civil servants has been swept by finance, consumer, regardless of cost, extravagance and waste in the civil service position-related consumption, abuse, corruption and embezzlement, corruption is important.
