微生物检验标本不合格原因分析及质量控制对策 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.22.61 　　摘要目的：分析我院微生物标本不合格原因，并提出相关质量控制举措。方法：回顾性分析本院2012年2月-2014年2月微生物标本不合格情况，计算不合格微生物标本构成比，分析常见微生物标本不合格原因，并提出相应质控举措。结果：我院不合格标本总数135例，标本不合格率1.59%。痰标本不合格率42.96%，尿液标本不合格率20.74%，血液标本不合格率14.81%，分泌物标本不合格率11.11%，粪便标本不合格率5.93%，无菌液体标本不合格率4.44%。标本污染、送检不及时等是微生物标本不合格的常见原因。结论：加强临床科室与检验科的沟通，确保标本采集、送检过程科学规范；充分发挥管理部门职能，注重检验人员培训；对提高微生物标本合格率，确保检验结果真实可靠具有重要意义。 　　关键词微生物标本；不合格；原因分析；对策 　　The microbial test specimen unqualified reason analysis and quality control countermeasure discussion 　　Ma Haixia 　　Department of Blood Screening Test，General Hospital of Henan Energy Justice Coal Company，472300 　　AbstractObjective：We analyzed the causes of microbial specimens not qualified in our hospital，and to make relevant quality control measures. Methods：We retrospective analyzed the unqualified microbial specimens from February 2012 to February 2014 of our hospital，calculated the unqualified constituent ratio of microbial samples，analyzed the causes of the common microorganism specimen unqualified，and put forward the corresponding control measures.Results：The total unqualified specimens of our hospital was 135 cases，and the unqualified rate was 1.59%.The unqualified sputum rate was 42.96%；unqualified urine specimens rate was 20.74%；unqualified blood samples rate was 14.81%；unqualified secretion rate was 11.11%；unqualified stool specimens rate was 5.93%；unqualified sterile liquid specimen rate was 4.44%. Intimely sample pollution and delivery was the most common cause of unqualified samples of microbial.Conclusion：We should strengthen the communication of clinical departments and inspection department，to ensure that the collection，inspection process were scientific norms.We should give full play to the function of management department，focusing on the inspection personnel training.Both of the above have important significance to improve the qualified rate of microbialsamples，to ensure the test result is true and reliable. 　　Key wo
