术前护理干预在PCI术中的应用价值 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.17.76 　　摘要目的：探讨分析术前护理干预在PCI术中的应用价值。方法：2012年9月-2013年9月收治行PCI治疗患者70例，分为观察组和对照组各35例，观察组患者给予术前护理干预，对照组患者给予常规术前护理，对比两组患者SAS评分和心率、血压变化等情况。结果：观察组SAS评分明显低于对照组，两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组治疗依从性明显高于对照组，两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在PCI术中应用术前护理干预能有效防止各种并发症的出现，提高治疗依从性，缓解患者焦虑情绪，值得临床应用和推广。 　　关键词PCI术术前护理干预应用 　　The application value of preoperative nursing intervention in PCI 　　Jin Ping 　　The Second People’s Hospital of Kaifeng City，Henan 475399 　　AbstractObjective：To explore the application value of preoperative nursing intervention in PCI.Methods：70 cases who were treated with PCI were selected from September 2012 to September 2013.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each.The patients in the observation group were given preoperative nursing intervention，while the control group were given routine nursing before operation.We compared the SAS score and heart rate，blood pressure changes of the two groups.Results：The SAS score of the observation group after the nursing intervention was significantly lower than that of the control group，and there was significant statistical difference between two groups（P0.05）.The treatment compliance of the patients in the observation group were treated by preoperative nursing intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group，and there was significant statistical difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application of preoperative nursing intervention can effectively prevent complications in PCI procedure，and it can improve the treatment compliance，alleviate the anxiety of patients，so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion. 　　Key wordsPCI operation；Preoperative；Nursing intervention；Application 　　经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）指经心导管技术疏通狭窄或闭塞的冠状动脉管腔，以此来改善心肌的血流灌注，它具有创伤小、诊断明确、治愈率高等优势，同时也是一种技术含量和风险都较高的手术，患者不可避免地会在术前产生焦虑、紧张等不良情绪，因此有必要引入术前护理干预。为此，特选取我院2012年9月-2013年9月收治的70例行PCI治疗的患者应用术前护理干预，取得良好的效果，现报告如下。 　　资料和方法 　　2012年9月-2013
