中外合作办学对创新人才培养模式的启示 　　摘 要 随着经济全球化的发展，中外合作办学正逐渐成为我国高等教育走向国际化的一种新形式，成为我国高等院校人才培养的新途径，极大地推动了我国高等教育的发展。本研究以南邮―纽约理工合作项目为例，分析了在人才培养方面中方存在的问题、美方的特点和优势，并就中方如何创新人才培养模式提出应落实以学生为本、注重科学教育与人文教育相结合、关注第二课堂和提升实践能力、加强学术诚信制度建设、构建尊重知识和崇尚创新的校园文化氛围的建议。 　　关键词 人才培养 创新 中外合作办学 　　中图分类号：G642 文献标识码：A 　　Revelation of Sino-foreign Cooperative Education 　　to Innovative Talent Training Model 　　TANG Meiling 　　（College of Overseas Education， Nanjing University of Posts and 　　Telecommunications， Nanjing， Jiangsu 210023） 　　Abstract With the development of economic globalization， foreign cooperation in running schools is becoming a new form of higher education towards internationalization of higher education has become a new way of training personnel， greatly promoted the development of Chinas higher education. In this study， south of Post - New York Institute of Technology cooperation project as an example， analyzed in terms of personnel training problems in China， features and advantages of the United States and China on how innovative training model proposes to implement student-centered， focused on science education and humanities education combined， concerns the second class and enhance the practical ability to enhance academic integrity system construction， building recommendations respecting knowledge and advocating innovation campus cultural atmosphere. 　　Key words talent training； innovation； Sino-foreign cooperative education 　　教育部1998年下发的《关于深化教学改革，培养适应21世纪需要的高质量人才的意见》明确提出：“高等学校要贯彻教育方针，按照培养基础扎实、知识面宽、能力强、素质高的高级专门人才的总体要求，逐步构建起注重素质教育，融传授知识、培养能力与提高素质为一体，富有时代特征的多样化的人才培养模式。”《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》强调，要“创新人才培养模式。适应国家和社会发展需要，遵循教育规律和人才成长规律，深化教育教学改革，创新教育教学方法，探索多种培养方式，形成各类人才辈出、拔尖创新人才不断涌现的局面。”① 　　作为人才培养的前沿阵地，高校如何建立科学的创新人才培养机制，创设有利于人才培养的良好环境，实现学科的交叉与融合，培养具有高素质的创新型科技人才，密切联系基础研究和应用研究，进一步加强产学研的结合，实现科技创新，是我们当前所面临的巨大挑战。随着经济全球化的发展，教育国际化已经成为我国发展的重要战略。中外合作办学是我国教育领域在改革开放以后出现的新生事物，正逐渐成为我国高等教育走向国际化的一种新形式，成为我国高等院校人才培养的新途径，极大地推动了我国高等教育的发展。本研究以南邮―纽约理工合作项目为例，分析了在人才培养方面中方存在的问题、美方的特点和优势，并就中方如何创新人才培养模式
