邱集镇中心小学 2014-2015学年度特色学校建设计划(讨论稿） 随着课程改革和素质教育的不断深入，我镇教育步入内涵发展的新阶段，创建特色学校成为深化教育改革、实现内涵发展的必然选择。我镇各校（园）在规范管理基础之上，近几年来重点做好以下几方面工作：以学习践行《弟子规》和红旗班级评比等为抓手促进学生全面发展；以青年教师携手读书成长、营造书香校园为抓手促进教师立体成长；以小组合作学习模式探究打造高效课堂；以学习习惯培养、转化学困生、自主学习等多项措施提升教学质量。在以上各项工作取得成效后，已经初步形成的特色项目如：邱集小学的小女篮、大余小学的绿色环保教育、王林小学的国学文化、魏桥小学的德育教育环境、大社小学的民俗文化教育等。 为了切实加强特色学校建设，全力提升我镇学校办学水平，满足人民群众日益提高的教育需求，顺利实现教育现代化目标，着眼于学生终身发展，着眼于未来教育发展，中心校进而确立“走内涵发展之路，以特色立校强教”的办学理念，制定本实施意见。 一、指导思想 以邓小平理论和科学发展观为指导方针，以办人民满意教育为宗旨，以科学的教育思想和先进的办学理念为先导，按照“优势项目——学校特色——特色学校——品牌学校”的发展轨迹，遵照“人无我有，人有我精”的办学思路，突出教育创新，打造“以环境教育为主体特色，各种特色百花齐放，龙头学校优势明显，所所学校个性突出，齐头并进的邱集教育大品牌”。 我镇各校（园）特色教育工作现状 近年来，中心校逐步推进各校(园) 学校特色建设，前期，我们重点推进大余、魏桥、邱小、大社等小学特色建设，其他小学（园））position-related consumption of civil servants has been swept by finance, consumer, regardless of cost, extravagance and waste in the civil service position-related consumption, abuse, corruption and embezzlement, corruption is important.
