消防员个人剖析材料 篇一：消防战斗员心理危机分析与干预 消防战斗员心理危机分 析与干预 摘 要 随着我国改革开放的进一步深化，经济高速发展，各种灾害事故发生的频率越来越高，而且危险程度也不断增加。在面对急难险重的灭火救援任务时，消防战斗员容易产生各种心理问题。因此，针对灭火救援过程中消防战斗员的心理状况，分析其具体表现及产生的原因，并提出了心理干预方法，对于提高消防战斗员在灭火救援过程中的综合处置能力，增强公安消防部队的战斗力有着重要的意义。 本文针对当前消防部队战斗员的心理危机问题的原因作了分析，总结了造成心理危机的原因，并从环境原因和个体原因两个方面进行了分析，详细阐明造成心理危机的各种因素，总结易产生心理危机的性格特征。从预防心理危机的发生、心理危机的预警机制、心理危机干预的三个方面整体地构建消防战斗员心理危机干预的体系。通过建立心理危机档案并从做好心理教育、创造良好的警营环境、做好官兵心理训练四个方面预防心理危机的发生。建立消防战斗员心理危机二级预警网络建立心理危机预警机制。通过确定问题人员、拟定心理干预计划、心理危机干预实施三个阶段对产生心理危机问题的人员实施心理危机干预。使消防基层部队的干部掌握一定的方法，避免消防战斗员产生心理危机，增强其心理素质，确保顺利地完成各项灭火救援任务。 关键词： 灭火救援；消防战斗员；心理危机；干预 Abstract With the further deepening of China#39;s reform and opening up, rapid economic development, all kinds of disasters and accidents occur more frequently, and the level of risk is increasing. In the face of difficult, dangerous and heavy fire fighting and rescue tasks, the primary fire officers and men are prone to psychological problems. Therefore, analyzing psychological crisis behavior and the causes, and proposed methods of psychological interventions to capacity of fire fighting forces is significant. On the current phenomenon of the psychological crisis of firefighters in the primary units, this article analyzes the reasons, concludes the causes, and states from both the internal and external aspects. It also explains all kinds of factors that might cause psychological crises in detail and the characters which are easier lead to the crises. In the article, the psychological crisis intervention system for firefighters is constructed on the basis of the early warning mechanism, the precautions, and the in tervention of psychological crisis. The early warning mechanism is established by psychological crisis files and two-class warning network. The precautions cover psycho-education, positive environment and mental training.
