Indicate what is done and why (outcome). i.e., answer the question, “Why does the job exist?” The role is responsible for, but not limited to, managing client satisfaction and delivering profitable revenue growth for global and strategic accounts by expanding and diversifying the mix of products and services. This position will develop, grow, and maintain the relationship with global and strategic clients and Mercer with a primary focus on client retention, sales and revenue growth. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES List and describe the position’s key responsibilities in order of importance, and indicate the approximate percentage of time spent on the responsibility.
