维修指导书 Instruction 一、 leakage: their engineer has adjusted safety valve as per our instruction, leakage solved in distributor office, but after came back hospital leakage come back once more. 检查步骤： Check procedure: （1）、按图1所示将安全阀的两个开关信号J4短接，并使用万用表测量短接点处的电压值，应为12V左右，此时应不再漏气，如果电压不为12V，请更换主机板； 图1 Short connect the J4,and measure the voltage.The voltage should be 12V.The valve will not leak any more.If the voltage isn’t 12V, pls replace main board. See picture 1. （2）、如果按步骤（1）短接后还漏气，再检查图2中J13接插座的1脚（靠近J4端）电压，正常情况下应为12V左右，2脚应为0V，如果电压不正常，请更换主机板； If it still leak after short connect J4,Check voltage of pin1 of J13(near J4).It should be 12V in normal.Pin 2 is 0V.If the voltage isnt correct ,pls replace main board. See picture 2. 图2 （3）、如果步骤（2）中的电压正常，依然漏气，请检查图3中的硅胶管（包括与之直接相连的硅胶管）是否有破裂情况，如果有管路破裂请更换硅胶管； If the voltage is correct and leakage still exist in step2,check whether the tube (and the connect tube)is broken.If the tube is broken,pls replace it.See picture3. 图3 （4）、如果按步骤（3）检查硅胶管没有破裂，将硅胶管从吸气阀上拔下如图4所示；拔下后看是否从管道中有持续气流流出，如果没有持续气流或者几乎感觉不到气流，则检查管道中是否有其它漏气； If the tube isn’t broken.Pull out the tube from inspiratory valve.See picture 4. Whether there is durative gas flow .If there isn’t flow pls check whether there is leakage in other tubes. 图4 （5）、如果按步骤（4）检查正常，拆开吸气模块（图5所示），看内部的膜片是否有破损或偏移等未装好的现象，并相应的进行更换或者重新安装； If all check is OK in step 4.Disassemble the inspiratory module and check whether the membrane is broken or excursion.And replace it or re-install.See picture 5. 图5 （6）、如果按以上步骤检查不能解决问题，建议返厂维修。 If you can’t settle the problem.Pls return the ventilator to factory. 二、set Vt=500ml, display value = 4000ml, distributor has done calibration but there is no good result. 检查步骤： （1）、将呼气阀拔出如图6所示，观察机器呼气模块内部的旁路部分，整机呼气口直接往里看，是否有异物挡住了，如：本来应当装在呼气阀上的绿色的单向膜片（正常情况如图7所示）掉了挡住了旁路； Check procedure: See picture 6,pull out the expiratory valve ,look inside the machine whether there is something block the side road..Such as the green one-way membra
