课题: Food and Meal 开课时间:2011年5月1日星期二Spoken language 教学目标:1 enable the students to master some expressions about food and meal Chinese western 2 let students use some sentence patterns to talk about food and meals. 3 review some eating manners in western countries. 教学重点:1 expressions about Chinese food and western food. 2 some table manners in western countries 3 sentence patterns: I like~/I don’t like~/ I hate ~ I feel like trying some~ I prefer to taste~ I’d like~ 教学难点:1 how to organize them to join the class activities quickly and well 2 how to set different tasks in different level students. 教学方法:Task-based and situational teaching methods 教学工具:Multiple-media, blackboard. 课时安排:one period 教学背景:students have learnt much about food and meal, this time I just want to make them review some and at the same time keep them have curiosity on this topic. 教学过程: Step 1 organization Listen to a song Step 2 lead in 1 Show them some pictures about WENCHUN earthquake, ask them a question: when you were in that situation, what would you think? ----in my opinion, we should cherish our life now, and try to taste as much as possible. 2 Question2: how many kinds of food do you know? Say some. 3 bingo game 4 give them some prize. Step 3 presentation show them on the screen, and get them to read these words after teacher. Give them some time to practice the pronunciation, and to master the meanings. Have a competition. Compete to answer the questions quickly. Teacher should ask four students on behalf of four groups to count the scores. Teacher have a short evaluation. Make them read these expressions together, teacher should offer some help.
