说起来我也是学纺织专业毕业的. 可是学校里学的那些工式真是太多太繁. 前几天,我们公司的老师傅告诉我一个算面料克重的工式,我如获至宝. 拿出来与大家分享: 1.百米织物坯布用纱量A 经纱(千克/百米):经密(根/英寸)*0.06464*坯布门幅(英寸)/经向纱支(支) 纬纱(千克/百米):纬密(根/英寸)*0.06464*坯布门幅(英寸)/纬向纱支(支) 其中:57/58的成品布,坯布按63计算. 43/44的成品布,坯布按48计算. 2.成品克重B: A*1000/100/成品门幅*(1-损耗)=克/平方米其中:损耗为5-8%. 都是经验工式,供大家参考.不过我们一直都在用. Place bulk fabric order including working with customer for bulk fabric approval. 6. Communicate with customer and HK head office. Liaise with suppliers and customers for daily order operation Arrange and control sample quality in order to bulk produce Monitor woven garment producing, control quality of production, ensure shipment Do woven garment sourcing according to customer requirement, develop and evaluate new suppliers Collect marketing information of woven garment, communicate with customers for woven garment development Do quotation with various suppliers Work closely with suppliers, update new marketing information timely Carry out business development activities and be responsible for the planning and coordination of production and shipment of customer orders so as to achieve customer satisfact
