Contract of Employment The company is pleased to offer you employment in the service of ________________________________or any other capacity as may be determined by the company as per the following specified terms and conditions set out in this letter. The period of service is , from to . 1. Job Description: Your duties will be specified in the job description and may be amended according to production requirements. All the employees should confirm to the Employment Policies issued by the company. (Attachment 3) Remuneration: You shall be paid the fixed salary by end month as advised in this contract. The salary will accrue proportionately from day to day. The monthly salary is subject to statutory deductions i.e. N.S.S.F., N.H.I.F., Individual income tax, etc. Other welfares and royalties will be provided according to the company’s salary standard (Attachment 2). Monthly remuneration as follows: Basic Salary: Housing Allowance: Basic salary*15% Total: Working Hours: The company operates a six-day working week (45 working hours) and employees must attend the office during the following time frame: Monday to Friday: 8:15~17:00 Lunch Break: 45m(12:00~12:45) Saturday: 8:15~12:15 4. Probation: The first 6 (six) calendar months of your employment are a probation period, which is intended for you to determine whether the employment fulfill your aspiration and for the company to assess whether you meet the required standards. During this period, no notice will be given by the company to terminate the employment because of poor performance of employees. The probationary period may be extended by the company for another 6 (six) months. It is considered as probation before you get written appointment letter or have been employed for 6 (six) calendar months, whichever happens first.
