Lenka, whose full name is Lenka Kripac , was born in 1978,Australia . “Lenka” is a common name given to girls of Slavic ethnic(斯拉夫民族) origin ，and is a popular familiar version of the Slavic girl’s name “Elena”（伊莲娜）. The young Lenka was raised in the Australian Bush until aged seven , when her family moved to Sydney . There she received formal schooling and music training. In her early teens ,she became consumed by acting . Before she released her first album, she had acted in Home and Away《聚散离合》（1994），the Dish《碟》（2000）,Lost Things（2003）. Alternating between art school and acting , Lenka eventually came round to music when a role in a play required her to sing. By now ,she has released two albums.
