外教应聘合同 （hereinafter known as “Party A”）would like to engage the service and management of Party B, hereinafter known as “Party B” and dispatch Party B as English teacher to work at Only Internation Hangzhou Gongshu Branch School hereinafter known the host school . The two parties, with the spirit of friendly cooperation, agree to sign this Contract and will abide by the following terms set forth below. The contract begin 19th,May,2015---19th May,2016 （下文中所指A方）负责B方的服务与管理（下文中所指B方）并派遣B方在Only Internation Hangzhou Gongshu Branch School作为英语老师。双方秉着愉快合作的精神同意签订此合同，并坚决履行以下的所有条例。合同有效期为2015.7.29至2016.7.28。 PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT 1.The period of employment will commence from 2.This Contract may be renewed for another term if the two parties agree. 应聘期 1.应聘期始于2015.7.29. 2.在双方同意的情况下，本合同有可能会做一定的更新作为下一期的合同。 PARTY AS RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Party A shall honor the terms and conditions of employment for Party B as stated within this contract. 2 .Party A shall introduce to Party B the laws, decrees and relevant regulations enacted by the Chinese government, as well as Party A and Schools work system and regulations concerning administration of foreign teachers. 3.Party A shall pay the monthly salary to Party B. 4.Party A shall be responsible for the coordination between Party B and school during the period of this Contract. A方职责 A方必须遵守合同中B方所提出的一切条件； A方必须向B方介绍中国政府的相关法律、法规和规章制度，以及A方与学校工作系统中有关外教的相关规定。 A方必须将每月的工资转给B方； 在合同生效期间，A方对B方与校方达成的一切协议负全责； B方责任 1.Party B should comply with Chinese laws and regulations, non-interference in the internal affairs of China. 2.Working hours: Party B needs to work 100 hours per month, 100 hours including class time, activity time and prep time as required by party A, not including additional school time. 3.Party B should cooperate with the school’s work and complete his/her work on time and is willing to accept the inspection and assessment by the school. 4.Without permission of Party A, party B should not engage other tutoring paid work outside of the sch
