Abstraction
With the economic developing rapidly, business negotiations is becoming an measure of companies extending their market and get large space of earning profit, especially in the era of the globalization of economic. Business negotiations coordinate the interests of the relationship between the people and meet their own needs and reach a consensus of an act and processes. Therefore, the business negotiation is the direct communication in economic activities, where the negotiator’s quality, ability, experience and mental state is highly required. Both sides through consultation determining and exchanging relevant conditions of an essential activity in negotiations, agreements can be reached by both sides. Business negotiations mean people have mutual interests, reduce differences, and finally establish the common interests of behaviors. In addition of both sides’ comprehensive achievement, many factors can influence and determine the success or failure of the negotiations, such as the language, the atmosphere and the way of dealing embarrassment. Language expression of art has played an important role. In business negotiations, negotiators must pay attention to the civilized terminology, and sentence should be clear, smooth and fluent.
Introduction
In the business world, everything has its value, and negotiation comes into being when the negotiators have different views about the value. In order to establish an agreement, negotiators have to persuade the others by various means. Thus, most people tend to think of negotiation in terms of win/lose, which means people take negotiation as a competitive activity with the final result of victory or loss. However, the essence of negotiation is that it is not about wining or losing; instead, it is about striking a deal which is satisfactory to both sides.
