吉林市中小学心理健康教育教学名师评选活动 实 施 方 案 为贯彻《 一、奖项设定 心理健康教育名师评选活动设“市教学新秀”和“市教学精英”两个奖项；对参加市级名师评选而未评选上的参赛选手，颁发参加该项活动的教学技能竞赛一、二等奖，均由市教育局颁发获奖证书。 二、参评条件 “市教学新秀”参评者的年龄限40周岁以下（不含40周岁）。“市教学精英”参评者不受年龄限制，但至少须具备以下资格中任何一项：市学院组织评选的“市教学新秀”、“市教学能手”、“市优秀任课教师”、“学科教学十佳”获得者；省教学新秀、省骨干教师、省十佳教师。 参评者除符合上述条件外还应具备以下条件： 1.师德高尚、教学工作业绩突出； 2.教龄三年以上、从事心理健康教育教学两年以上； 3.在省、市级以上正式出版物上刊发的教育教学方面的论文1篇以上；或主持、参与省、市级教育教学工作方面科研课题；或获得县（市）区级以上获奖论文两篇以上。 4.近三年内获得过校级以上心理健康教育方面的奖励； 5.近三年内参加过县级以上的心理健康教育培训。 三、名额分配 教学新秀：每个县（市）推荐3人，每个区推荐2人，市直学校每校推荐1人。 教学精英：符合条件的均可以申报，推荐人数超过20人，按照业绩量化分数选择前20人参加评选。 四、评选内容、形式 1．专业基础知识：学科教学专业知识考核（笔试：满分30分、时间90分钟）。 笔试的主要内容包括：《中小学心理健康教育指导纲要thrift of excellent traditional and style lack deep of understanding, one-sided think in now of good situation Xia, economic smooth more fast development, and reform made major progress, and people living significantly improve, and social the career made new progress, no necessary always hard has, no awareness to China also has many poverty area, and also has many poverty population of exists, more living improve has, more need keep hard of style.
