地方本科院校应用型人才培养的改革与实践 摘 要 针对地方本科院校应用型人才培养存在的问题，基于百色学院通信工程的专业定位和培养目标，提出了应用型人才“三步走”的改革方案。构建了以创新能力为主线的人才培养模式，从教学方法到实践教学环节进行了改革。对实践教学、综合课程设计、企业培训项目和开放性创新项目等环节进行有序有效的安排，采用多种形式来考核学生的学习水平，激发学生自主学习和创新的能力。新的人才培养方案实施一年多以来，学生对学习的动力和技能的掌握都有了很大的提升，为学生今后的就业创业打下坚实的基础。 关键词 应用型本科 通信工程 人才培养 实践创新 中图分类号：G642 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdkx.2016.05.010 Reform and Practice of Applied Technical Talents Training for Local Undergraduate Course College ――Take the Communication Engineering Specialty of Baise University as an Example WEI Tao （College of Information Engineering Baise University， Baise， Guangxi 533000） Abstract According to the problems existing in the cultivation of applied talents in local undergraduate colleges， based on the specialty orientation and training target of the communication engineering specialty of Baise University， the reform scheme of three steps for applied talents was proposed. The personnel training mode of the creative ability as tie main line is constructed， which has carried on the reform from teaching methods to practice teaching link. The teaching reform is orderly and effectively implemented， including practice teaching， comprehensive curriculum designs， enterprises training projects and opening innovative projects and applies a variety of forms to assess students learning level， through these methods to stimulate students ability in autonomous learning and innovation. Students have a great improvement in learning motivation and mastery of skills since the new personnel training plan is implemented for more than a year， which will lay a solid foundation for their employment and pioneering work.
