毕 业 论 文 题 目学 院 专 业 班 级 学 生 学 号 指导教师 二〇一三年月日摘 要 随着改革开放以来我国综合实力的不断增强，科技型中小企业对我国经济发展和科技进步的作用也日益显现出来。中小企业能够提供大量的工作机会，对于社会稳定和增加居民收入的作用重大。中小企业尤其是科技型中小企业逐渐成为技术创新的生力军，对活跃市场经济具有重要作用。然而，在企业成长的同时，企业融资问题也变得日益突出，成为企业发展的瓶颈。如何最大限度地调动社会各界力量为中小企业创造更好的融资环境，成为当下我国各级政府、金融机构及中小企业自身都必须要认真思考的问题。 本文通过对我国科技型中小企业的融资状况进行描述，在对企业贷款难的情况进行研究的基础上，找出科技型中小企业融资难的多方面原因，并提出政府方面、企业自身方面、金融机构方面和市场机制方面的对策。通过详细地剖析山东佳诚软件科技有限责任公司内部融资状况，运用调查研究法，案例分析法，归纳法等深入了解山东佳诚软件科技有限公司的融资及管理问题，以分析出我国中小企业普遍的融资需求，从而有针对性地提出符合科技型中小企业现状的融资对策，促进科技型中小企业更快更好的发展。 关键词：融资；原因；措施；科技型中小企业 ABSTRACT In this paper, with the rapid development of our economy, the small and medium-sized enterprises SMEs play a more and more important role in Chinas social and economic development. The small and medium-sized enterprises are the basic places of employment and an important foundation for social stability. Small and medium-sized enterprises, especially the technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises have gradually become the main force of the technological innovation, playing an important role in the active market economy. However, in the growth of enterprises at the same time, enterprise financing problems have become increasingly prominent, and become the bottleneck of enterprise development.
