皮带运输机的智能控制监控系统的设计分析 　　【摘 要】皮带运输机是一种连续皮带运输机械，被广泛应用在矿井、电厂、港口、钢铁企业以及轻工业的生产线，即可以运送散状物料，也可以运送成件物品。在煤矿的开采过程中，皮带运输机的作用至关重要。煤矿井下的环境比较恶劣，这就对皮带运输机控制系统的要求比较高，其性能的好坏直接影响到煤矿行业的发展和效益。本论文是针对目前煤矿在皮带运输机控制方面仍采用现场人为控制，隐患故障较多以及检测不稳定等问题，研发了一种功能完善的矿井皮带运输机远程监控系统。主要是以皮带控制系统、工业以太环网为核心，详细阐述井下皮带运输机远程监控系统设计方案。皮带运输机控制系统通过矿井工业以太光纤网向地面控制计算机传输数据，实现地面对井下皮带运输机的各种保护，皮带电机电流、电压等参数的实时监测，对井下主要运输皮带机进行远程控制。 　　【关键词】皮带控制；工业以太环网 　　Intelligent control conveyor belt monitoring system design and analysis 　　Mao Zhen，Wang De-cang 　　（Schenck （Tianjin） Industrial Technology Co.， Ltd Tianjin 300385） 　　【Abstract】Is a continuous belt conveyor belt transport machinery， is widely used in mines， power plants， ports， iron and steel enterprises and light industry production lines， which can transport bulk materials， also can convey the articles.
