Eg: He was continually late for work.他一再地迟到。 Continuously adv.不间断地，连续不断地 Eg: They chattered continuously for an hour.他们整整唠叨一小时。 continue v.继续，持续（用于不中断的继续或中断后的继续） eg: The rain continued till late at night.这场雨一直持续到半夜。 Eg: The discussion continued after a break.休息之后这场讨论继续。 Continue doing sth/ continue to do sth.继续做某事 Eg: How can you continue to work with so much noise?
