Corporate governance structure is accompanied by enterprises and enterprise system have gradually, development and improvement. From the modern enterprise theory study, we learned that the property right is clear to the modern enterprise system plays an important role, and the corporate governance structure is the core of modern enterprise system. This paper discards the traditional corporate governance theory, mainly from the angle of property right theory to innovation to research on corporate governance structure. In the corporate governance structure, through a variety of stakeholders property rights ownership limit, which makes the corporate governance issue complicated by a simple change, property right more clear.
