Combineding with our fuel and chemical products market, we determined the fuel - chemical type processing program . The principle of the design was high efficiency, low investment and low-power, the main units was consist of the flash tower, atmospheric tower and furnace. The atmospheric tower produces included 3# aviation kerosene, -20# diesel, 5# diesel oil, the top of the atmospheric tower was set secondary condensing cooling and the middle of the atmospheric tower was set two intermediate circulating reflux. the F1 float two-tower overflow valve tray was used in the atmospheric tower, It was calculated the parameters and atmospheric tower load by the method of the mass balance and the whole tower heat balance. the structure size of the atmospheric tower and hydraulics calculation of the atmospheric tower are obtained and the column tray’s suitable control region was checked.
