microRNA在各种疾病中发挥的作用 微生物与生化药学 金靖 S0930580 摘要 MicroRNA（miRNA）是一类可负性调控基因表达的长度约为 22 个碱基左右非蛋白编码的RNA 家族，主要功能是调节生物体内与机体生长、发育、疾病发生发展过程有关的基因的表达调控。miRNA 在肿瘤、心血管疾病、糖尿病、阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病和艾滋病等多种疾病中都起着重要作用。本文将对miRNA与人类疾病的关系作一综述。 关键词 microRNA 疾病 The role of the microRNA in a variety of diseases Abstract MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are short non-coding RNAs involved in negative regulation of gene expression. Their major function is the regulation to the gene expression of growth、development and diseases. miRNA plays an important role in cancer、cardiovascular diseases、diabetes、Alzheimer’s disease、Parkinson’s disease、
