大学生兼职现状及动机研究 摘要 随着时代的发展和社会环境的变化，大学生价值取向正在向多元化发展,兼职正在走进大学生的课余生活，逐渐成为一个重要组成部分。本文运用问卷调查和访谈法，深入大学生调查大学生兼职现状，摸清大学生兼职活动与其学业发展的相互关系，调查结果显示：参与兼职与性别并无显著差异，而在年级、家庭收入上呈现显著差异，高年级兼职人数高于低年级兼职人数，低收入家庭的学生参与兼职人数远高于高收入家庭学生。兼职活动专业相关程度上差异不显著，即与专业是否相关对大学生参与兼职活动的影响不显著。参与兼职与专业成绩、兼职与学业冲突的处理结果、月收入与兼职动机的相关差异显著，低收入兼职者动机最为强烈。根据以上调查结果，就大学生兼职活动良性发展提出若干富有创建性的意见和建议。 关键词：大学生 兼职 现状 动机 收入 College students part-time status and motivation research Abstract With the development of the times and the changes of social environment, University Students value orientation is developing to diversity, part-time is into the students spare life, gradually become an important part of. This article utilizes the questionnaire survey and interviews, in-depth survey of college students part-time college students current situation, understand students part-time activities and academic development of mutual relations, the survey results showed: take a part-time job and there was no significant difference in gender, grade, family income shows significant difference, high grade part-time number than in lower grades, students from low income families take a part-time job number much higher than higher-income students. Part-time professional activities are related to the degree of no significant difference, the professional is related to university students to participate in a part-time activity influence. Take a part-time job and professional achievement, part-time and academic conflict processing result, income and job motivation differences, low income part-timers motivation was the strongest. Based on the above findings, the college students part-time activities of benign development and puts forward some constructive opinions and suggestions.
