摘要 本篇论文先是介绍了天然地基经常出现的一系列的问题，以及对出现这些问题的地基进行处理、加固的目的和方法，又重点介绍了用CFG桩对问题地基进行加固处理的背景，同时提出了CFG桩的定义和CFG桩复合地基的工程特性，以CFG桩在新建津保铁路软基的处理工程为例，采用长螺旋钻孔管内泵压混合料法施工，讲解了用CFG桩进行地基加固时的作用机理、施工过程中采用的主要材料、施工基本原理、主要施工设备、施工工艺以及施工过程中应该注意的问题和质量控制要点等。 自采用CFG桩作为地基软基加固的处理方法以来，该种方法在软弱地基承载力问题改善方面显示出明显的优越性。本篇论文通过对CFG桩进行地基加固的理论、步骤等方面分析研究，采取有效的且与之相对应的施工管理措施，有效地改善了施工过程中的质量控制难题研究表明，CFG桩复合地基法必将在地基加固处理领域中得到快速发展和广泛的应用。 关键词：CFG桩质量控制长螺旋钻孔灌注成桩Abstract This paper first introduces a series of problems recurring natural foundation,s well as the foundation for processing these problems,reinforcement purposes and methods.But also highlights the problem with CFG pile foundation reinforcement background,also proposed to define the engineering properties of CFG pile and CFG pile composite foundation.CFG pile to the New Tsubo railway soft foundation treatment works Case,use over a long auger drilling pipe pumping mix construction method,explain the mechanism by CFG pile foundation reinforcement when,the main materials used in the construction process,the basic principles of construction,major construction equipment, construction technology as well as the construction process should pay attention to quality control issues and key points. As the foundation upon adoption of CFG pile soft base reinforcement approach since,the ways to improve the bearing capacity of soft ground problems showed significant superiority.This paper analyzed the theoretical foundation reinforcement of CFG pile, steps and process monitoring, etc.take effective and with the corresponding construction management measures,effectively improve the construction process, quality control problems.Studies have shown that,CFG pile composite foundation in foundation reinforcement treatment method is bound to the field of rapid development and wide application.
