一、实训目的 在市场经济的大潮中，商务往来是一种重要的交往形式，交往就少不了礼仪。通过实训，希望能够使学生在实践中塑造个人形象，提高自身修养，在学习、生活及今后的工作中，树立讲礼仪的意识，养成讲礼仪的习惯，对将来的工作和生活起到帮助作用。 二、实训要求 要从应用的角度掌握商务礼仪的基本概念、原理和具体应用。 能独立进行个人形象塑造。 能掌握商务交往礼仪。 能掌握商务活动礼仪。 通过一周的实训能写出实训报告。 三、实训内容 1、个人形象塑造： 实训方案一：仪容训练--简单化妆，眼部化妆，抹腮红，画口红，妆后检查。 实训方案二：服饰训练--男士西装套装的穿着，女士丝巾的系法 实训方案三：仪态训练—站姿训练，坐姿训练，走姿训练 实训方案四：表情训练—微笑训练，目光训练 最后进行台步展示 2．商务交往场景模拟:每组写好情景剧的剧本。 实训方案一：商务拜访训练——介绍礼仪名片训练—介绍，名片递接、握手鞠躬、引导礼仪等 实训方案二：求职应聘训练—撰写求职书，面试形象设计，模拟面试 实训方案三：宴请训练—中西餐席位安排，中餐礼仪，西餐礼仪、酒店服务礼仪 实训方案四：商贸服务训练--销售服务礼仪训练 3．商务辩论题目: 奥运礼仪服饰追求国际化（正方）/民族化（反方） 中国礼仪是否在现代社会适用大学生恋爱社会礼仪礼仪于内在修养外在规范 商务礼仪实训报告 to a customer request for objective, comprehensive investigation, analysis, evaluation, focusing on factors that could affect credit assets, effective identification of risks.
