中文摘要 随着上世纪末以来我国大力实施“高校扩招”政策，我国大学毕业生的数目不断增加，据统计，2007年我国高校毕业生高达近500万。高校扩招在一定程度上提高了我国国民的整体素质，促进了教育产业的发展，为我国改革开放和现代化建设提供了宝贵的人才储备；另一方面，我们必须看到是，由于我国经济产业结构的调整，我国的经济发展创造的岗位并未完全吸纳扩招后的大学生，部分大学生已经陷入失业状态，而即将毕业的大学生也普遍遇到了就业难的问题。 我国大学生就业经历了一个由国家分配到自主择业的阶段，高校扩招以来出现的大学生就业难已经广泛的被社会所关注，但之前的研究多集中在大学生就业难的原因上；本文在前人研究的基础上，更加注重对大学生失业社会风险的研究，关注点集中在大面积个体失业引发的社会风险，力求做到突破与创新。 关键词： 大学生就业 失业风险 社会风险 原因 ABSTRACT： Since the implementation of the ‘college enrollment expansion’ policy at the end of the last century, the number of university graduates increasing rapidly. According to statistics, Chinas college graduates will reach nearly 5 million in 2007. College enrollment expansion has improved quality of the people in some certain extent, promoted the development of the education industry, provided for Chinas reforms and opening up policies and modernization. Moreover, we must recognize that Chinas economic development does not create enough jobs absorbing university students with Chinas economic structural adjustments. Some students have been unemployed, and the forthcoming university graduates are generally encountered difficulty in employment. In China, college students experienced from the national distribution to depend on themselves. Students have been in difficulty in employment since the college expanding enrollment scale, so more and more people realized the problem. A lot of studies are mostly concentrated in the difficulty of students own reasons, I think this is a wrong way, So in this paper, I pay more attention to social risks of unemployment, and concentrate on the reason caused by individual social risks.
