In this paper, through example for acrobatics puyang introduced the history and status quo of puyang acrobatics and development prospect of puyang culture industry, and then made briefly summarizes the present situation, and also analyzed the puyang culture industry development problems and the insufficiency, and proposed in this foundation puyang culture industry development direction, principles and the corresponding strategies：Emancipating the mind change ideas; Transformation of government functions, execute government affairs and separating; Accelerate form culture industry culture industry group, breaking area segmentation and trade barriers, cross-regional, cross-industry operation.
