摘要：校外辅导是学校知识的补充和延伸，针对德、智、体、美、劳的市场需求提供教育服务。近年来，中小学生参加校外辅导班的现象越来越普遍，家长纷纷将孩子送往校外辅导班；小学是人生之路的起步阶段，参加校外辅导班对小学生的发展究竟起着怎样的影响，其中利弊有重要的研究价值，即本论文的研究背景。通过运用问卷调查法和文献分析法，得出小学生参加校外辅导的影响因素是多方面的：家长的期待、小学生的需要、学校和社会的推动。因此，家长的价值选择、学校教育的革新、社会和政府的规范三足鼎立，才能更好地引导小学生适当参加校外辅导。 关键词：校外辅导，影响因素，家长，小学生 Abstract: After-School counseling is the extension and complement of the knowledge which students obtain in school. It can provide educational services for the market demand of morality, wisdom, physical health, beauty and labor. In recent years, there are more and more elementary and middle school students have taken part in various extracurricular classes. And their parents have been very willing and positive to arrange for their children to participate into these extracurricular classes. Primary school is the initial stage of a person’s life, thus what’s the influence of the extracurricular classes on the development of the pupils. In addition, it is very necessary and important to make an analysis about the advantages and disadvantages of parting in extracurricular classes, which is also the study background of this thesis. With the methods of questionnaire and Case analysis, the author draw a conclusion that there are various influential factors leading to pupils to participate into these extracurricular classes, including parents’ expectations, pupils’ needs as well as promotion from society and schools. Therefore, the nice combining with parents’ value choices, school education’s reform and social and governmental rules can guide pupils better to participate into these after-school counseling activities.
