Role Profiles for IT Staff in the Home Office We are delighted to be collaborating with Learning Management Services on a project with the Home Office Police, Impact Programme. Learning Management Services is currently helping the Impact team to write role profiles for their IT staff within the SFIA framework Skills Framework for the Information Age , the leading IT competency framework. Once the role profiles have been completed and agreed all individuals in the Programme will have their roles assessed against the competency framework using on-line assessment tools. The outcome of this proj
