University of Minnesota Application to Participate in Vendor Registration Program for Construction and Design Projects Section 1 - Overview The University of Minnesota has a Vendor Registration Program for Construction and Design (Architect, Engineer, and Consultant) Projects. The benefit of being a Registered Vendor is that only registered vendors will receive invitations to respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Bids (RFBs) for construction-and-design-related projects. It is the vendor’s responsibility to read and understand all requirements in this application. The University may
