Since the 1990’s, governments around the world have engaged in the construction of industrial cluster ,constructively promulgated the related policies ,and strived to optimize the environment for the development of bio- pharmaceutical industry. China is also closely following the world’s trend of bio- pharmaceutical industry’s development and have successfully ,built up several bio- pharmaceutical clusters all over our country .Also, we are actively exploring the road of developing bio-pharmaceutical cluster ,and better developing the advantages of industrial clusters.
