植物组织培养的研究进展和发展趋势 （甘肃农业大学生命科学技术学院植物生物技术，甘肃兰州 730070） 摘要:植物组织培养是根据植物细胞具有全能性的原理而发展起来的一门生物技术。本文简要概述了植物组织培养的概念及研究进展，较全面的综述了植物组织培养新技术以及在快繁脱毒、育种、种质资源保存、次生代谢物提取、基因转化等方面的研究现状，最后展望了植物组织培养的发展趋势。关键词：组织培养；发展趋势Research Progress in Plant Tissue Culture and trends College of life science and technology of plant biotechnology of Gansu Agricultural University,gansulanzhou 730070 Abstract: Plant tissue culture plant cells are totipotent under the principle and developed a biotechnology.
