情 况 通 报 2009年第16期 总第91期 景德镇市国家税务局 2009年7月1日 在深入学习实践科学发展观活动分析检查阶段 总结暨整改落实阶段动员会上的讲话 市国税局党组书记、局长 李 敏 （2009年6月25日） 同志们： 根据市委和省局学习实践活动的部署和要求，今天我们召开转段大会，主要是对分析检查阶段工作进行简要的回顾总结，对做好整改落实阶段工作进行动员部署。市委第一指导检查组对我局学习实践活动一直非常重视，冯干劲副组长、陈志华科长今天又亲临会议指导，在此表示衷心感谢！下面，我代表市局党组，讲三点意见。 一、分析检查阶段工作的主要情况 学习实践活动转入分析检查阶段后，根据市委的统一部署，市局在市委第一指导检查组的精心指导下，加强领导，精心组织，广泛动员，扎实推进，总体上进展顺利，效果明显。总结回顾这一阶段的工作，主要有以下六个方面的特点： （一）深入学习，深刻把握分析检查工作的新要求。一是突出重点学。坚持把学习贯穿活动始终，进一步发挥局党组、中层领导干部的率先垂范作用，对学习阶段的精选内容巩固学，对分析阶段的要求普遍学，对有关重要文件、重点内容辅导学提高对分析重要性的认识为分析阶段奠定坚实的思想基础坚持统筹兼顾把学习实践活动作推动工作的重要机遇和强大动力，通过学习实践活动，更好地促进各项工作任务的圆满完成，用各项工作的实际成果来衡量和检验学习实践活动的成效， manufacturers of technical documents on the quality requirements applicable to this project.
