摘 要 随着改革开放的深入，中国经济的迅猛发展，居民生活水平和消费观念的不断提高，在一定程度上促进了旅游业的蓬勃发展。在酒店业中更加贴近大众生活的经济型连锁酒店成了探亲访友、商务考察或旅游出行中住宿的重要选择。经济型连锁酒店的竞争越来越激烈。本文试图从经济型酒店出发，通过服务创新寻求提高经济型连锁酒店发展的方法。 文章第一部分“引言”提出了经济型连锁酒店的发展背景和进行服务创新的必要性；第二部分“经济型连锁酒店服务创新内涵及理论研究”，为经济型连锁酒店的服务创新作理论储备；第三部分“国内经济型连锁酒店的发展及现状”，论述了国内经济型连锁酒店的发展及遇到的问题；第四部分“锦江之星经济型连锁酒店服务创新案例分析”，综合其发展现状及问题所在，对其服务创新进行评价；第五部分“经济型连锁酒店服务创新的发展对策”，对经济型连锁酒店的经营模式进行完善；第六部分“结束语”，概述研究结论及存在的问题。 关键词：服务创新；经济型酒店；锦江之星 ABSTRACT With the deepening of the reform and opening up, Chinas rapid economic development, increasing peoples living standards and consumption idea, relative to promote the vigorous development of the tourism industry.
