摘要 离合器是汽车传动系统的重要组成部分之一，主要功能是切断和实现发动机对传动系统的动力传递，保证汽车平顺起步，而膜片弹簧是离合器的主要部分，它的特性曲线直接影响了离合器的性能。 本文主要研究了汽车膜片弹簧离合器的结构及特点、膜片弹簧特性曲线A-L计算法以及汽车膜片弹簧的有限元分析方法。在CATIA建立膜片弹簧的三维模型，并建立膜片弹簧有限元模型，最后，进行有限元求解，得出膜片弹簧的特性曲线，并与用传统的A-L公式得出的膜片弹簧的特性曲线进行对比。 关键词：膜片弹簧；特性曲线；有限元分析; Abstract The clutch is one of the important components of the automobile transmission system, the main function of which is to engage and detach the engine from the transmission system and to ensure the car start smoothly.The diaphragm spring is one important part of the clutch,the characteristic curve of which directly affect the performance of the
