潍坊学院本科毕业设计任务书 课题名称： 圆盒注塑模设计 课题类别：　 　生 产 　　 专　　业：　机械设计制造及其自动化 年　　级：　 2011级本科 1班 指导教师：　 曹玉宝 　 学生姓名：　 肖林泽 　 学 号: 11011140135 2015年5月26日  摘 要 进入现代社会，作为新兴产业的塑料模具产业更是吸引了不少科学研究者的目光，相对于其他产业而言，它的快速发展速度的确令人难以置信，现在社会的每一天的正常开展都离不开塑料，试想一下我们身边的事物，比如洗脸盆，杯子，台灯，电脑，这些生活中常见的东西，如果没有注塑模具的快速发展，这些东西都将化为云烟，正是这些东西的出现，才促进了时代的进步和我们个人生活水平的提高，也许是塑料产品的出现是太符合现代人的需要，注塑模具的相关产已经融入到我们的日常生活当中，我们似乎感觉不到塑料产品的存在，但是塑料产品有确确实实存在我们身边，仿佛我们的影子一样，我们没有注意到影子的存在，但是影子却无时无刻不在我们的身边，我们应该怀着一颗感恩的心去感谢那些为注塑模具的飞速发展做出贡献的科学家们，因为正是他们孜孜不倦的刻苦钻研，才让我们现在的生活变的如此多姿多彩，他们引领时代的先锋，我们是站在了他们的肩膀上才有了今天的美好，而伴随着科学框架的一点一点的完善，人们对于注塑模具的认识会越来越深刻。 在此次设计之中简单设计介绍了塑料成型的基本知识，以及塑料成型模具与注射机，注射模具设计，热固性塑料成型模具设计，重点介绍了注射模具设计的内容，关于注射模具设计的内容也是此次课程设计研究中学习模具的相关内容的难点和重点，希望通过此次设计能够完善关于注射模具的理论框架，并逐步带动自己的实践能力，夯实自己所学到的关于注塑模具的所有知识。 关键词：聚苯乙烯树脂 注射机 圆盒注塑模  Abstract In modern society, as the plastic mold industry in emerging industries is attracting a lot of scientific researchers, compared with other industries, the rapid development speed it is indeed be hardly worthy of belief every day, now societys normal development all cannot do without plastic, imagine things around us, such as wash basin, glass, table lamp, computer, common things in life, if not the rapid development of injection mold, and all these things will be clouds, are these things, to promote the progress of the times and the level of our personal life improve, perhaps the plastic product is so consistent with the needs of modern people, relevant.
