毕业设计 题 目 学 院 专 业 班 级 学 生 学 号 指导教师 二〇一 一 年月日摘 要 气浮池刮渣机是气浮池表面上清除浮渣的设备。刮渣机是气浮池工艺中不可缺少的设备之一，也适用于制革、印染、屠宰、造纸、石油化工、冶金建材、食品等行业废水处理中沉淀池、气浮池的排渣。 刮渣机目的在于将池中表面气泡浮渣等杂物刮至下游（池端），以便集中处理，亦可用于刮集表面浮油。翻板动作由撞块完成，动作可靠，控制形式可根据各设备的要求。刮渣机行车采用桁架结构，设计考虑了刮泥机运行的稳定性，且便于检修和管理；驱动机构采用两端出轴的长轴集中形式，两组轮，一组为主动轮，一组为从动轮。 独立的翻板机构，采用推杆翻板；每台刮渣机的行驶与刮板翻转采用两套独立的驱动机构，通过电气控制互相转换交替工作。 关键词：刮渣机；驱动机构；撞块；推杆翻板。 ABSTRACT Slag flotation tank is a flotation tank scraping the surface scum removal equipment.
