国际资金循环分析的理论与统计观测体系 张 南 ABSTRACT Building the statistic system of the global-fund-flows is the main focus of my paper. It presents the general idea of the global-flow-of-funds and explains the outlines of theoretical analysis. I also clarify the relation of flow-of-funds accounts and balance-of-payments. In this paper a new financial statistic database is presented to analyze sources of global-fund-flows: International Financial Statistics, World Economic Outlook, Statistics of the Institute of International Finance, Statistics of Bank for International Settlement
