How to maximize the efficiency of resource utilization and reduce the negative impact of construction on the environment has become a focus of attention of scholars both at home and abroad and the government and green supply chain management is new management mode to solve the problem of the focus. green building, with its low energy consumption, low resource consumption, health, environmental protection, in harmony with nature and other characteristics become the inevitable trend of construction industry development. This paper introduces the definition and content of green supply chain management, tells the story of construction, the necessity of implementing green supply chain management, and the current problems existing in the practice green supply chain management for the construction industry, expounds the characteristics of green supply chain management and discusses the construction of green supply chain management advice.
