2015年届毕业生设计论文 青岛海运企业发展战略研究 系部名称 专业名称 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 青岛海运企业发展战略研究 摘要：随着中国加入WTO以来，中国经济融入世界，这也意味着中国的航运事业与世界接轨，而与此同时，国外的大部分航运企业也看准时机抢站进入中国市场，中国的航运企业面临着许多前所未有的机遇与严峻的挑战。本文以青岛海运总公司为例，通过案例研究的方法对其企业现状及内部存在的问题提出相应改善措施。对青岛港海运企业发展形式进行了总结，指出了当前青岛港海运企业出现的主要问题，从船舶运力结构、企业人力资源、企业管理能力等方面加以阐述，并对全球海运形势及中国水运市场现状进行分析，提出了集中自身优势力量抢占并守住国内水路市场，积极准备，进入国际航运市场等建议。 关键词：航运市场、企业现状、存在问题、应对措施 Qingdao Maritime Corporation Development Strategy Abstract:With Chinas accession to the WTO, Chinas shipping industry gradually integrate with the world market, while at the same time, many foreign shipping companies have also entered the Chinese market, Chinas shipping enterprises are also facing many unprecedented opportunities and challenges. This paper takes Qingdao ocean shipping company as an example, through the method of case study to its present situation and the problems existing in the internal enterprise put forward the corresponding improvement measures. Forms are summarized to the development of Qingdao port shipping company, points out the current main problems in the Qingdao port inland waterway transport, capacity of the ship structure, enterprise human resources, enterprise management ability and so on are discussed, and the global shipping situation and analyzing the present situation and problems of Chinas water transport market, puts forward the concentrate superior forces, capture and hold the domestic water market, actively preparing for, into the international shipping market.
