船舶压载水排放处理技术研究 摘 要 本文通过分析现阶段在建船舶压载水处理的常用方法，对照IMO组织的《国际船舶压载水和沉淀物控制与管理公约》对船舶压载水管理的规定，结合当前船舶压载水处理技术的最新研究成果，通过对部分已获IMO组织认可的压载水处理设备分析对比，找出适合船厂及船公司在近期及远期满足压载水管理公约的最佳应对方案，结合本公司实际选择1700集装箱船的压载水技术方案。 本论文主要工作和成果： 1、对照IMO组织的《国际船舶压载水和沉淀物控制与管理公约》分析现阶段船舶压载水处理技术上采用的一些常用方法，跟踪船舶压载水处理技术的最新研究成果；对部分已通过IMO组织认可的压载水处理设备的进行分析对比； 2、通过综合分析比较找出船厂及船公司在近期及远期满足压载水管理公约的最佳应对方案。 3、结合本公司成熟船型1700集装箱船的实际情况,使公司以最低成本选择压载水处理技术方案。 关键词：船舶压载水排放 国际公约 环境保护 IMO组织 The Study of Technology for discharge of ship ballast water ABSTRACT This article aims to find out the reasonable technology for discharge of ship ballast water through which shipyard and ship’s owner can meet the requirements of International convention for the control and management of ships ballast water and sediments, and choose ballast water technics suit for our company. According to collecting and analyzing normal Technology for discharge of ship ballast water during shipbuilding and in accordance with rules of International convention for the control and management of ships ballast water and sediments issued by IMO. cashing. and follow up the new technology for discharge of ship ballast water; and analyse the equipments for ballast water approved by IMO. The paper makes the conclusion: 1. To analyse some normal method of technology for discharge of ship ballast water during shipbuilding in accordance with rules of International convention for the control and management of ships ballast water and sediments, issued by IMO, and follow up the new technic for technology for discharge of ship ballast water; and analyse the equipments for ballast water approved by IMO. 2. To find the reasonable technology through which our company can meet the requirements of International convention for the control and management of ships ballast water and sediments and owner, and choose ballast water technics suit for our company. 3.
