定安鹅繁殖期不同生殖激素水平变化规律的研究 摘要：采用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法（ELISA），对定安鹅繁殖周期中的休产期、就巢期、产蛋期3个时期血浆中孕酮、雌激素、催乳素浓度进行测定，研究其不同时期分泌水平的变化规律。结果表明，在定安鹅的繁殖周期中，孕酮、雌激素、催乳素不同时期均有不同的变化。对鹅产蛋、就巢、休产等繁殖行为具有十分重要的作用。孕酮及雌激素分泌水平从休产期到产蛋期不断增高直至达到峰值，并经协同作用，使定安鹅从休产期转入产蛋期，表明这两种激素对产蛋具有重要的调控作用。催乳素分泌水平从休产期到产蛋期、就巢期不断增高，并在就巢期达到峰值，表明催乳素对于引发、维持定安鹅的就巢行为具有决定性的作用。 关键词：定安鹅；孕酮；雌激素；催乳素；繁殖期 中图分类号：S835；S814.1 文献标识码： A 文章编号：0439-8114（2013）21-5255-03 The Variation of Reproductive Hormones in Different Production Period of Dingan Geese HUANG Fa-cai，WU Ke-bang，MAN Churiga，XIE Chao-xing，ZHANG Jing-wu （College of Agriculture， Hainan University， Haikou 570228，China） Abstract： In this study， the concentration of the plasma progesterone， estrogen and prolactin in the production cycle of Dingan geese， such as restoration， broodiness and production period were detected by antibody sandwich ELISA kit to study its secretory variation in different period.The results showed that in the production cycle of Dingan geese， the progesterone， estrogen， prolactin all changed in different periods. It had a very important role on goose breeding behavior such as eggs laying， broodiness， and restoration. The secretion of progesterone and estrogen increased continually until it reached the peak from restoration to production period. It promoted Dingan geese to transfer from restoration period to production period though synergistic effect. It indicated that the two hormones played an important role in the regulation of egg production. The level of prolactin secretion increased constantly from restoration to production period and reached its peak at the broodiness period indicating that the prolactin might play a decisive role in priming and maintaining the broodiness behavior of Dingan geese. Key words： Dingan goose； progesterone； estrogen； prolactin； breeding season 定安鹅是海南省禽类地方遗传资源，具有优良的繁殖性状，因产蛋不受季节影响，产蛋期长，被当地人称为“四季鹅”。定安鹅属于季节性繁殖动物，每年从9～10月开始产蛋至翌年3～4月结束，这期间称为繁殖期，其他季节称为非繁殖期。在繁殖期中，每产一窝蛋，称为一个产蛋周期。定安鹅一年有3～4个产蛋周期，年产蛋约37～50枚。根据不同的繁殖特性，将一个产蛋周期划分为休产期、产蛋期和就巢期3个时期。母鹅
