中国新兴产业市场结构演变规律探究 ——以有机硅产业为例 吴照云/余焕新 【专题名称】产业经济【专 题 号】F3【复印期号】2009年03期【原文出处】《中国工业经济》(京)2008年12期第134～143页【英文标题】A Study on the Evolution Law of Market Structure in Chinas New Industries: ??　Evidence from the Organosilicon Industry ??　(Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, Nanchang 330013, China)【作者简介】吴照云，江西财经大学教授，博士生导师；余焕新，江西财经大学博士研究生。（南昌 330013） 【内容提要】 中国是一个后起的发展中大国，产业发展的市场、技术条件不同于西方国家，从而导致产业生命周期的变异和市场结构的形成、演变的独特规律。本文以有机硅产业为例，论述同一产业中核心技术链环节的导入期较长，并形成高集中度的垄断市场结构：而非核心技术链环节则越过导入期直接进入成长期，并形成分散竞争的市场结构，但二者殊途同归——向寡头垄断的市场结构演进。为避免从导入期进入成长期的混乱，减少产业成长的成本，要大力发挥政府在市场结构转换中的重要作用。China is a late-developing and large country, so market and technologys factors of industries development are different from the ones in the West. As a result,　industry lifecycle undergoes mutation and industry market structures formation and evolution has distinct laws in China. With organosilicone industries serving as an illustration,　this paper argues that in the same industry,　the segment of the core technology chain goes through a long entering period and a monopolistic market structure of high concentration ratio forms, while the segment of non-core technology chain overleaps entering period and reaches directly growth period and a market structure of dispersive competition forms. However, both the segments arriveat the same end by roads and evolve to oligopoly market structure. To avoid the confusion from entering period to growth period and decrease costs of industrys growth, government should make full use of the abilities　in transforming market structure. 【关 键 词】市场结构/演变/有机硅产业market structure/evolvement/organosilicone industry ????中国应该选择什么样的市场结构，中国产业市场结构形成和演变的机制如何，一直是产业组织理论探讨的一个重要课题。有学者指出决定市场结构的主要因素有市场集中度、产品差别、进入和退出壁垒、市场需求的增长率、纵向一体化、多元化程度、政府介入的强度等（杨建文，周冯琦，2003），也有学者认为社会生产力的发展水平、经济体制、经济发展战略和经济政策、交通运输条件以及一国国民经济的对外开放程度影响市场结构（李玲峨，2003）；既有人认为市场集中度低是中国企业创新能力不足的原因，寡头垄断是中国工业市场结构调整的目标模式（杜传忠，2002），也有人认为完全垄断的市场结构应该是中国产业市场结构调整的理想归属和最后归属（孙天法，2006）。????中国是一个后起的发展中大国，市场、技术、资金、政策环境等方面都独具特色，这使中国同一
