摘 要 我国加入WTO以来，零售市场已经全面开放，我国零售企业开始面临国外零售企业的更为强大的挑战。面对外资零售企业的在我国的迅速扩张，我国零售企业迫切需要提高自身竞争力以应对日益激烈的市场竞争。供应链管理是影响零售业竞争力的关键要素之一，对提升零售企业核心竞争力有重要作用。本文主要以百联集团为研究对象，首先分析了供应链管理和零售企业核心竞争力的关系，通过对百联集团经营环境以及运用供应链管理的现状分析，找出其存在的问题，最后提出了使用有效的供应链管理来提高该企业的核心竞争力的对策。通过对百联集团的研究，希望可以给整体供应链水平不高的我国零售企业带来其实，促使他们尽快加强供应链管理方面的变革和优化，进而提高我国零售企业整体竞争能力。 关键词：零售企业，百联集团，供应链管理，核心竞争力 ABSTRACT Since Chinas entrance into WTO, the retail market has opened up totally, the domestic retail sector started to encounter great challenge from the foreign retail enterprises. With the quick expansion of the foreign retail enterprises in Chinese market , the domestic retail enterprise should enhance competition ability to deal with the increasingly fierce competition in the market. Supply Chain Management is not only one of the key factors that affect the competitiveness of the retail industry , but also plays important role in enhancing the core competitiveness of the retail enterprises. This paper takes Shanghai Bailian Group Co.Ltd.as the research object. First part is focused on the relationship between the supply chain management and the core competitiveness of the retails enterprises. Through the status analysis on the operational circumstances of the Group and apply of supply chain management, the existing problems of the Group are picked up. The conclusion of the paper is that efficient supply chain management must be used to enhance the core competitiveness of industry.At present, the integral level of supply chain management of Chinese retail enterprises is not high. This research will serve to facilitate the enterprises to strengthen the evolution and optimization of supply chain management as soon as possible.
